I am particularly interested in this state because it is where both my husband and I are from and we both have a huge percentage of our family who still live there.

ReplyDeleteI was not aware of Louisiana being the top poverty state in the South. It amazes me because the few people I met from there are so happy and confident. That's a good case and point of not letting your circumstance define who you are. Thank you for sharing that post.
